Your Roadmap to Success
By Meggan Larson
Can you believe 2020 is just two days away? I can’t. I feel like I’ve been waiting for this for a long time. It’s a new year and a new decade and that’s exciting, isn’t it?! I know I’m excited.
I’m mostly pumped because…
…I know that this is the year for answers. I’ve been discovering why I’ve struggled with weight for the last decade and the revelations have been huge! When you know the why to something then it’s much easier to fix the issue. I’ve been on a journey for a while and thanks to one major thing, I’ve finally gotten to the place where I’ve found hope again. Starting out a new year can be so depressing if you haven’t reached your goal and you aren’t sure why you can’t just stick to a plan. Willpower will only get you so far. You’re human and eventually, you’re going to mess up. No one is perfect and that’s just the way it is. Not to mention trying to rely purely on your own willpower is actually pretty stressful.
When you mess up it feels like a huge failure because you were relying on your own power to get you through. That’s why I started to take a different approach in 2019. I started to explore the emotional reasons why I struggled with my weight instead of just focusing on food alone. There are so many new amazing habits I’ve started to incorporate into my life and because of that, I’m sailing into 2020 like a boss.
Okay, I’ve hinted long enough and I know you want to know what I’m talking about. It’s time y’all. It’s time you checked out the LIVE mini-series-“Release the Weight from the Inside Out”
I am serious when I say that if you’re tired of going back and forth each year and not getting any closer to your goal weight then this is the answer you’ve been praying for. Why not start out the new year doing something you’ve never done so that you can achieve results you’ve always wanted? Click the link to join the Facebook Pop-Up group!
