Your Pandemic Roadmap
By Angela Rose
Are you making sure you’re staying healthy? I don’t just mean physically. I mean emotionally and spiritually as well. Being grounded during a time like this is so very important. Eating well, going for walks, reigning in your anxiety, and spending time with Jesus are all equally important.
It’s so important to do the things that keep you well on a daily basis. When you skip your routine, stay in pyjamas all day, start day drinking ~ those things are going to add up to a very unhappy person. It seems okay in the beginning but y’all it’s been over a month of this and people are getting restless. It’s no longer vacation mode, this is life and it’s time to get back into good habits so that you come out of this pandemic feeling great instead of feeling like garbage.
So what can you do? As I mentioned, go for walks, get outside in the sun, walk barefoot on the grass, blow bubbles, play a game, declutter a room, start an exercise routine, do some gardening…there are many things you can do to keep yourself physically, emotionally, and spiritually well. Are you making sure you’re not socially distancing yourself from Jesus? Spend time with Him daily either by chatting with Him, reading your bible, journalling ~ or all of the above!
What helps your mental game? Is it reading a book? Learning a new skill? Making sure you’re taking good quality supplements to support your mind? I take one regularly called MindWise and I love how I feel taking it. Make sure you are taking care of ALL of you. We’ll get through this together.
I’m praying Psalm 91 over everyone in The Laundry Mom community!… God’s got your back!
I Believe in YOU!
