What You Should Look For In A Supplement

Supplements can have such a positive effect on our health and wellness. The truth is that our diets alone just do not have all of the minerals and nutrients that we need to function optimally. That’s why many of us start to take supplements in the first place. The very definition of the word supplement is “something that completes or enhances something else when added to it.” That’s what most of us are looking to do when we add something to our health regime. …a Young Living supplement called Multi Greens (GREAT supplement by the way) and it’s absorption rate in the body. Initially, there was a 42% blood absorption in twenty-four hours. Then they decided to do something pretty darn cool. They decided to add essential oils to their supplements to see if it would increase the absorption rate. Once they did that the blood absorption rate increased to 64% in just thirty minutes! After an hour the absorption rate had climbed to 86%! The cells were now receiving nutrients that they were not receiving prior to the addition of the essential oils. That is absolutely shocking to me.
