Merry Christmas Eve y’all! I’m so excited for Christmas tomorrow! I pray that you are just as full of anticipation as I am. I feel like I’m more excited than my children are. There is just something so magical about this time of year and I look forward to Christmas day all year long. Now that it’s almost here I’m doing my best to just sit back and enjoy the moments. One of the reasons I’m so excited about this particular Christmas is because…

I bought myself a bunch of wellness products that I am BEYOND excited to open and start using! 2020 is around the corner and I don’t know about you but I have this excited anticipation for a new decade. It’s almost as if everything from the past has been erased and we will all start completely fresh next week. I for one am putting my health as a top priority for 2020. Are you? I have supplements to take daily, Ningxia Red to keep drinking every morning, and oils out the wazoo. I’m even starting dry brushing and mud masking because apparently, my body is asking for those two things.

You might be wondering how I know that…

Recently I was scanned using a Biofeedback Scanner and boy howdy those things are THOROUGH!! Goodness! It was so specific that it even gave me a list of foods that my body does not respond well to. Guess what? I was eating a bunch of them DAILY and feeling like garbage. Very interesting!! It also gave me a list of services my body was asking for and among those were dry brushing and mud masking. Dry brushing is excellent for getting the lymphatic system working properly and mud masking is great to pull toxins out of your skin, reduce inflammation, and a bunch of other great things. That sounds right up my alley so I went ahead and ordered those two things off amazon (very inexpensive too!). It’s really important to get in tune with your body but sometimes it’s hard to know what’s going on beneath the surface. What are you planning to add to your routine in the new year? Whatever it is, make 2020 work for you and do your best to get as well as you can because it’s just too important not to.
