Trim Healthy Mama Skinny Chocolate

 

Ok OK…I know this should seem like an oxymoron, but it’s TRUE! On the Trim Healthy Mama plan you can have …CHOCOLATE, which helps you LOSE WEIGHT! This recipe only takes 15 minutes to make, and it will have you singing its praises while slipping into your SKINNY JEANS!

THM Skinny Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • Cocoa powder
  • coconut oil
  • sweetener

Directions:

  1. Add 1/4 cup cocoa powder into small bowl
  2. Add 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
  3. Sweetener of choice to taste
  4. Stir all ingredients together with a fork
  5. Line plate with wax paper and pour liquid chocolate on top
  6. Freeze until solidified (about 15 minutes) then move to the fridge if you like it slightly softer
  7. Enjoy!
