Keto Menu Plans
Ingredients:
- 1/2 ripe Avocado (scooped out and pitted)
- 1 Cucumber (Peeled)
- 2-3TB Liquid Stevia
- 1 squeezed lime or 4 tablespoons lime juice
- 1TB Unrefined Coconut Oil
- 3 cups of Baby Spinach
- 1 large can full-fat coconut milk
- Splash of Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp. MCT Oil
- 1 Scoop of Whey Protein
Directions:
- Put all of the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend well.
- Taste and adjust as needed.
- Enjoy!
