Tis the Season for Christmas Spirit
by Terri Bonin

Christmas is just around the corner and it’s time to start thinking about gifts. In order to get a jump start on your holiday giving you definitely will want to check out this month’s oils that make great gifts for teachers, stocking stuffers, plus you get the benefit of giving the gift of health (which is priceless!). And, if you want your house to smell like Christmas, it’s time to break out the bottle that jingles and start diffusing Christmas Spirit to get out of the bah-humbug mood and into a ’tis the season mood!

The following oils not only are perfect for health and wellness but are amazing for the season and can be free this month with a purchase…

Tis the Season for Christmas Spirit

Christmas Spirit – This oil’s got peace, love, and joy wrapped in a bottle (cue the music ” Hark the Herald Angel’s Sing). Oh! If only it was that easy, we could save the world! This blend combines orange, cinnamon bark, and spruce and will make your house smell like the holidays. (0ne of our favs!)

Eucalyptus Radiata – Great for massages and for diffusing while sleeping if anyone in your family gets a stuffy nose during this season, then diffuse this to help them breathe better. And, the funny thing is it’s great for tackling grease and grime on your hands from a busy day working.*

Tea Tree – Also known as melaleuca oil, this is the native oil to Australia and highly useful.  All our toothbrushes are susceptible to germs. Dropping a bit of tea tree oil onto the brush can clean it of these impurities. Tea tree oil is great for fungal type issues. I like to rub it on my toes along with Purification after having a pedicure. Just in case, my precious toes come into contact with any unfriendly pests during the process. We all like all our laundry fresh and a few drops of tea tree gets the job done as well. While all these benefits are great, it’s important to remember that tea tree should not be ingested internally and only used topically or aromatically.

Pine – I know here in Texas we have a ton of pine trees, but have you ever smelled a fresh pine before? It’s really refreshing and empowering. When I breathe it in,  I feel calm and relaxed. Another great oil to diffuse and have that fresh outdoor, pine scent wafting throughout a room.

Frankincense –  This ancient oil is known as the “King Of All Oils”. It’s been known to help with clarity and focus, and it’s great for your skin. Many people will combine this oil with other oils for an extra one-two punch against other problems. A friend of mine takes this internally at the first sign of a feverish feeling.* Plus, if Jesus was on the ground ten minutes and three wise men show up bringing Frankincense and Mryhh then…I would say it’s a keeper for your home!

As always, if I can help explain how Essential rewards works, please reach out to me.
