“The Turkey Dinner” Grilled Cheese
Go the quick-and-easy route for dinner the day after Thanksgiving and make a batch of these “turkey dinner” grilled cheese sandwiches. Easily made with leftover turkey, cranberry sauce, brie, basil and French bread, these simple sandwiches will make leftovers disappear in no time!
“The Turkey Dinner” Grilled Cheese
Adapted from BS’ in the Kitchen
- 2 Slices of French Bread
- 1-2 Tbsp Cranberry Sauce
- Shaved Turkey Breast
- 1-2 Basil Leaves
- Brie Cheese
- Salt
- Butter
Butter a side of each slice, spread your cranberry sauce on the bottom slice, top with turkey, chop and sprinkle some basil leaves on it and finish with brie! If your brie is quite salty, don’t add salt, but if it isn’t, add salt!
Once your grilled cheese is assembled, fry it in a pan on medium heat until browned on each side and your cheese is melted.
