Thank You for stopping by TheLaundryMoms.com for a visit!
Who are The Laundry Moms you ask?…
We’re just a group of moms with many facets of life in common:
- We are raising lots of kids (we have 30+ kids between us all!)
- We have been collectively married to our spouses for 100+ years (does that make us older than Methuselah?) NOT!
- We all home school…but of ‘course some of us have those yellow school bus days(when we see the yellow school bus go by, and wish our kids could be on it, so we could eat bonbons!)
- We have all lived on a budget, and know what it’s like to make a dollar stretch for the family!
- We love to find and share good recipes to make our families giggle with delight!
- We all love to read, and our favorite book is the Bible!
- Last but not least…We all do LAUNDRY! Lots and Lots of Laundry…
And we figured we had some experiences we could share from this journey of life that would be an encouragement, and make your road a bit easier or at least help you to laugh out loud at the mistakes we have made along the way! We will share our ups and downs and give away lots of free gifts to brighten your day and hopefully help you realize that we can do this motherhood thing together!
The Laundry Moms are here to help you…as We Sort Out Life…One Load at a Time!
Stop on by every Monday to leave us a question or listen in while The Laundry Moms answer a past question that “Inquiring Momma’s Want to Know”!
Terri Bonin – Life Sorting Tuesday
Meet Terri Bonin, the author of 31 Days to Fit, 14 Days to Ignite Your Marriage, and Live, Laugh, Love and Laundry?. She loves being an up-lifter extraordinaire on CallMOM as well as this site. Terri’s 23 year union with her favorite dentist (her husband), has been prosperous in their prolific production of 10 darling children. She also holds a degree in nutritional counseling which seems to be most frequently used to persuade her children to eat their greens. Terri’s secret pleasure is sneaking away from juggling the daily tasks, home schooling, and dating her husband to escape to her office to write for her own enjoyment. As you can imagine she has a LOT to write about!
Erin Lichnovsky – Wash Load Wednesdays
Busy might be an understatement for Erin Lichnovsky, a mother of 8. Married for 20 years to her best friend and love of her life, Joey. Erin decided early that she felt God’s calling to home educate her children with her husband. Even with having graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in communications, she stays busy at home teaching, cooking and doing laundry. She also fills her time working as the Program Developer for Parent and Child Education Services (www.pceinfo.org), planning development staff training and major events which include festive family Sock Hops and formal Cotillion ballroom dances. Erin also co-writes for www.CallMOM.co and hosts women’s retreats called “23 Hours”.
Squeezing a nickel ‘til the buffalo growl, pinching pennies, and developing specific winning strategies has kept Erin at home with her six incredible daughters and two amazing sons. That passion for family and frugal living inspired her to write a book to help moms learn to hire themselves and save money on the largest part of their budget… the GROCERY bill! Her book, The Classic Couponer, What Hath Aristotle to do With the Kroger© Mega Sale? Is NOW available on Amazon or in “Our Favs” here @ TheLaundryMoms.com!
Naomi Masi- Tasty Thursday
Naomi steps in as the young mom of the group with her 2 year old son, Aiden, and having been married to Phil for 5 years. She brings a wealth of knowledge with her background in health and wellness, as well as holding a degree in nursing from California State University. Naomi has a flare in the kitchen like no other, which stems from being one in a household of 13 children with a heritage from Romania. On sunny days you might find Nay out jogging with the baby stroller, or looking for the latest craft project to tackle!
Naomi and her little family have traveled the states and have made a hobby out of moving houses every few years. But now they have settled down and made their home in the hill country of Texas, and intend on adding a few more young’ns to the nest.
