The Famous Keto Chaffle
~Trim Healthy Mama & Keto Friendly~
I think we’re late to this party but hey better late than never! This makes the perfect keto sandwich bread and is so easy to make! Eat on its own or add some meat and veggies for a super yummy sandwich! Either way, get on the Chaffle train!
Check Out the Recipe Below…
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup of Cheese (Mozzarella, Cheddar, whatever tickles your fancy).
- Spices of choice (garlic powder, salt, pepper, etc)
- Turn waffle maker on and let it heat up.
- Grease both sides.
- In a bowl mix the egg and cheese and whisk.
- Add any desired spices.
- Pour half the batter into the waffle maker and close. (Let cook for 3-4 minutes)
- Remove and set aside and cook the other half.
- Let sit for a few minutes to crisp up.
