It’s almost Thanksgiving y’all! Woohoo! I love having family and friends gather together and show each other so much love. It’s a time for breaking bread together and sharing what you’re most thankful for. I am always so grateful for my sweet family who are the loves of my life.
When you have a family as big as mine holidays like Thanksgiving can be in a word ~ chaotic. But I love that! Another thing that comes with so many people is the food! So. Much. Food. Y’all, I can’t even start on how full I am every single Thanksgiving. Sometimes I just need some relief ya know!
…I’m so grateful for DiGize essential oil! There are a couple of things I like to do with this oil. First, I like to put a few drops of the DiGize vitality oil into a capsule and swallow it about an hour before I eat.
The second thing I like to do is rub a drop or two right onto my belly after supper and before dessert. Doing both of these things helps my digestion flow beautifully and I don’t feel so disgustingly bloated afterwards. It’s been a real lifesaver for me.
I know that not everyone has the same family dynamic that I do. Sometimes holidays like Thanksgiving can be stressful or downright depressing. There are certainly some emotional oils that can help support you through the holidays.
Stress Away for the ones who get stressed out during the holidays, gathering to diffuse while people fill your home, Joy if you’re feeling depressed throughout the season, and Release if you’re feeling the need to release the false expectations of yourself. Nothing will be perfect because we’re human and that’s life. But my prayer for you is that during this Thanksgiving you will learn to accept yourself and love yourself exactly where you are right this minute. Happy Thanksgiving friend!
