Thanksgiving Grilled Cheese Leftovers

Go the quick-and-easy route for dinner the day after Thanksgiving and make a batch of these “turkey dinner” grilled cheese sandwiches. Easily made with leftover turkey, cranberry sauce, brie, and basil, so these simple sandwiches will make leftovers disappear in no time!

Check Out the Recipe Below…



  • 2 Slices of your favorite low-carb or Keto friendly Bread
  • 1-2 Tbsp Cranberry Sauce
  • Shaved Turkey Breast
  • 1-2 Basil Leaves
  • Brie Cheese
  • Salt
  • Butter



  1. Butter a side of each slice
  2. Spread your cranberry sauce on the bottom slice
  3. Top with turkey
  4. Chop and sprinkle some basil leaves
  5. Top off with brie
  6. Fry it in a pan on medium heat until browned on each side and your cheese is melted.
  7. Enjoy!

*If your brie is quite salty, don’t add salt, but if it isn’t, add salt!
