We’ve done sides, now we need some gravy to go with that turkey! This week’s recipe is yummy and quick which is exactly what you need when you’re HUNGRY! Whip this up after the turkey is cooked (make sure to add 2 cups of water or broth to the turkey before cooking it) and enjoy!

- Pan Drippings from the turkey
- 1 tsp. of Glucomannan
- 1 drop of Young Living Thyme Vitality Essential Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Heat the turkey drippings up and whisk in the glucomannan until desired consistency.
