Take Responsibility for Your Health

By Angela Rose

Whew, it’s getting real out there isn’t it? It seems like everywhere we turn there’s a new update on the pandemic and people are really starting to freak out. Y’all know my position on fear (it lowers the immune system ~ not a good thing!) but I understand where everyone is coming from. If you’re not careful you can get sucked right into the mess of fear that is overtaking so many. I don’t want that for you, my friend. I want you to be healthy and well and free of the panic that is hitting our world.

One way to do that is…

to boost your immune system and one thing I’ve been doing is making sure that my supplement consumption is on point. I’ve always taken a lot of really good supplements and today is no exception. I also make sure to consume a drink that’s crazy high in antioxidants every single day. This is no time to be playing with your health. Eating lots of fresh produce is also going to do wonders for your health. Try to stay away from the boxed products that are full of processed junk. That’s not going to do your body any favors right now.

Get outside in the sun, walk around barefoot on your property, pray, journal, laugh with friends, play a game. There are so many things you can do to improve your physical and mental health. I know that these are unprecedented times but you know how to do this. You know how to go for a walk, eat well, talk with friends. You’ve got this mama!

I’m praying Psalm 91 over everyone in The Laundry Mom community!… God’s got your back!

I Believe in YOU!

xo~ Angela
