- lean ground or chunks of turkey
- sugar-free salsa
- fat-free sour cream
- light cheese
- chives, cilantro, or other herbs to taste
- Bake the sweet potato.
- Brown the turkey.
- Load the turkey, salsa (2-3TB), sour cream (1-2TB), sprinkle of cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper onto the sweet potato.
