Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles

Giving a shout out to all our Canadian friends and wishing ya’ll a Happy Canada Day! Enjoy these delicious and easy popsicles during your celebration on July 1st! These treats will help you stay cool during the holiday, since nothing beats the heat better than a frozen berry blast, eh?

Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 1 cup of raspberries (optional)
- 1/2 tsp of THM glucomannan (Canadians get it here)
- 1 cup 0% Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- THM Stevia (Canadians get it here)
- 1-2 drops of Young Living Lemon Essential Oil
DIRECTIONS
- Blend together the strawberries and raspberries and while blending add the gluccie.
- Add in the yogurt, vanilla extract, lemon essential oil, and a doonk of stevia (taste and adjust as necessary).
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
*NOTE: These treats would be an ‘FP’ treat on the Trim Healthy Mama plan!
