You know that feeling when you’ve gotten off track and you don’t fit into your jeans anymore? It’s brutal am I right? You know you’ve been eating junk (no thanks to Halloween) and your pants have been slowly (or quickly) getting tighter. It’s depressing and frustrating and there’s really only one thing you can do to fix it…
Y’all, I’m not even kidding. Give yourself a few days of getting back on track, watch your stomach shrink again, and remind yourself why you started to begin with. You CAN do this mama!
Sometimes you’ll get off track because…life, and it really is that simple to get back on the wagon. It doesn’t matter what time of year it is, or whose birthday is coming up, all you need to do is make the decision to start again. I promise you it’s that simple! All you need is a little momentum to get your mojo back. I know that it can feel like you’ve fallen down a well when you get off track but all you need to do is start again. Start again, start again, start again! That’s literally all you need to do. Do it as many times as you need to in order to make it stick. I know it can be frustrating and feel like it’s not even worth it but one of these times is going to be the time you do stick to it and when you get to goal weight you’ll be SO glad you did.
Just start again friend. I know you can succeed, I know you can fit into those jeans again, and I know that you deserve to believe in yourself again. Resist the temptation to gorge on junk again. Get yourself a yummy treat (or ten) and just eat that when you’re tempted. You absolutely can do this. If I can do it then so can you friend. You’ve got this!
