- 4 cups sprouted whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2tsp THM Mineral Salt (Canadians get it here)
- 2.5 tsp yeast
Dough Directions:
- Put the water, yeast, truvia, and salt in a large bowl and let sit for a few minutes.
- Add the flour and mix until the dough becomes a rough ball.
- Remove dough from bowl and knead until smooth and elastic (about 5 minutes) and return to bowl.
- Cover with dry dish towel and let rise until doubled in size (2 hours).
- Punch out the air bubbles in the dough on a flat surface then roll it out into a rectangle shape (or at least try to).
- Coat it with 3TB of softened butter and then mix together 2TB of truvia and 1.5TB of cinnamon and sprinkle over the dough to completely cover it.
- Roll up the dough like a jelly roll.
- Butter a 9×13 dish and sprinkle some cinnamon/truvia mixture into the bottom.
- Then cut the roll into 12 pieces and place face down into the greased baking dish.
- Bake uncovered at 425 for 10-12 minutes.
Icing Ingredients:
- 3-4 TB fat free cream cheese
- dash of THM Pure Stevia Extract
- splash of pure vanilla extract
Icing Directions:
- Blend together with a mixer
- Spread thin layer over the top of cooled cinnamon rolls

Hi CI!
You can buy sprouted whole wheat flour. I buy it at my local bulk store.
I hope that helps!
Meggan 🙂
Would this be a crossover with the icing?
Hi Jessica! No it wouldn’t be a crossover with the icing because it uses fat free cream cheese.
Sorry for the delay!!

Do you know if you could use any other flower?
Hi Stephanie!
You can try any kind of sprouted flour with this recipe.
Sorry for the delay!
Meggan 🙂
is this a crossover with the butter?
No, it has the right amount of fat to keep it within E territory. It’s admin approved. 🙂

[…] Sprouted Cinnamon Rolls can make a nice treat, but they’re a bit more work than I usually do. […]
So excited to try this. Do you think I can use just a bit of stevia instead of Gentle sweet in the dough as the erythritol seems to bother me?
You can always try but I’ve only ever made them this way. They’re really good!
~ Meggan 🙂
Excited to try these! Curious as to whether these would freeze well? And should I freeze before or after baking? Thanks in advance!
Hey Kaila!
I have never tried to freeze them so I’m not much help but they are absolutely delicious so I hope you enjoy!
