Spicy Lemon Shrimp

 This spicy lemon shrimp is sure to tantalize your taste buds and make a healthy addition to any meal. Fry these up quickly, pair it with a salad, and enjoy!

  1. Heat 1/2 TB coconut oil up in a large frying pan.
  2. Fry up the shrimp until cooked (pink).
  3. In a bowl mix together the lemon oil, chili powder, salt, black pepper oil, cayenne pepper and the rest of the coconut oil (melted).
  4. Toss in the shrimp and stir until well coated.
  5. Serve & enjoy!

    Did you notice your directions don’t exactly match the ingredients? Your directions call for lemon juice, pepper, and two different instances of coconut oil, one melted and oe not? Obviously, you switched out the lemon juice and pepper for the essential oils, but perhaps a quick edit would help.

    This was DELICIOUS. We had extra, so we took it to our older neighbor, and she loved it, too. I actually put the shrimp on an “Everybody’s Favorite Salad” and it was perfect!
