So you’re back on track. You’ve gotten the Halloween candy out of the house (mostly through your body) and you’ve decided that you’re back on the wagon. I hear ya sister. It’s no easy task to give yourself a good shake and get your eating habits right again. I don’t know about you but I was getting a little tired of the exact same thing every single day. To be honest I’ve basically been eating the same thing since May which is quite an accomplishment in my opinion. But sometimes things need to be shaken up a little bit.
That’s why I decided…
…to treat myself.
It’s been such a long time since I ordered special items for myself. I took a little bit of money and I ordered some special ingredients that I knew I’d like. Now I’m anxiously awaiting their delivery. I know that this is exactly what I needed to shake things up and remind me that there’s more to life than salad and bulletproof coffee.
