Sneaking Veggies Into Your Kids

Sneaking Veggies Into Your Kids

By Terri Bonin

Okay, we’ve all been there. You slave over a home-cooked meal for your family and the kids turn their nose up at the veggies. You know you need to get them to eat more nutritious food but all they seem to enjoy are fish sticks, chicken fingers, fries, or mac & cheese. What’s a mama to do?

Vitamins are a great solution but with so many options out there it can get overwhelming very quickly. What is the best kind? Are there yucky additives that aren’t healthy for your kiddos? Here’s where these solutions will save the day…

Sneaking Veggies Into Your Kids

Young Living’s MightyVites

Chocked full of goodness, no scary additives and enough nutrition to give you some much-needed peace of mind. Seriously, the following list of veggies is everything your child would need to eat to get the equivalent of a daily serving of Mightyvites:

1 cup of cooked broccoli, 4 cups of asparagus, 1 whole avocado, 1 cup of raw spinach, 3 ounces of salmon, 3 bananas, 4 whole eggs, ½ cup of cantaloupe, 1 cup of black beans, and 5oz. of sunflower seeds! Included in the vitamins are folate, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin A, vitamin B6, riboflavin, biotin, vitamin C, thiamin, and vitamin E.

Not to mention these bad boys are delicious! Parenting is hard enough without having to stress about your children’s nutrition too. Order some of these today and stress a little bit less about that aspect of mommying.
