Slimming Salmon Salad


  • Lay down a big bed of lettuce on a large plate.
  • Top with one packet of cooked Wild Caught Salmon.
  • Add ½ a diced avocado (optional).
  • Generous amount of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon
  • Add Balsamic Vinegar (only 2 carbs) or lemon juice.
  • Sprinkle on sea salt, black pepper, and whatever spices are your favorites!
