Slimming Salmon Salad
Directions:
- Lay down a big bed of lettuce on a large plate.
- Top with one packet of Wild Caught Salmon.
- Add ½ a diced avocado (optional).
- Generous amount of olive oil and a drop of Young Living Lemon Essential Oil.
- Add Balsamic Vinegar (only 2 carbs) or lemon juice.
- Sprinkle on some sea salt (Canadians get it here), black pepper and whatever spices are your favorites!
What a super simple S meal!
