“Trim Healthy Mama Skinny Chocolate”
Ok OK…I know this should seem like an oxymoron, but it’s TRUE! On the Trim Healthy Mama plan you can have …CHOCOLATE, that helps you LOSE WEIGHT!

This recipe only takes 15 minutes to make, and it will have you singing it’s praises while slipping into your SKINNY JEANS!

Ingredients: Cocoa powder, coconut oil, sweetener
1-Put 1/4 cup cocoa powder into small bowl
2-add 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
3-Add 3-4 tsp THM Gentle Sweet (Canadians get it here)
4-Stir all ingredients together with a fork
5-Line plate with wax paper and pour liquid chocolate on top
6-freeze until solidified (about 15 minutes) then move to the fridge if you like it slightly softer
- Use a drop or two of Young Living Orange or Peppermint Essential Oil for a nice twist on this recipe!
