Sharing the Gift of Health

Sharing the Gift of Health

By Terri Bonin

It’s December y’all! Christmas is almost here and it truly is the most wonderful time of the year! I am a big fan of Christmas. The joy, the festive spirits all around, the lights everywhere, the laughter, and the gifts are all part of what makes Christmas amazing to me. One thing I absolutely love to do for those around me and new acquaintances I’ve met throughout the year is to give them a little taste of the goodness they can have access to.

What do I mean by that? Well, I thought you’d never ask…

I love to give the gift of health. It’s a broad term I know, but to me giving the gift of health means blessing someone with a bottle of Young Living essential oil or a packet of Ningxia Red. It’s just a little something to whet their appetite and slowly introduce them to a line of products that will change their lives. A small bottle of peppermint smells super yummy but did you know it can also cool you off by putting a drop on the back of your neck, or reduce head tension by rubbing a drop on your forehead?

A little bottle of lemon oil is oh so cute but did you know that you can use lemon to get rid of stuck-on gunk or add a couple of drops of the vitality to your water for an energizing burst? It also smells aaaaaahmazing in a diffuser.

The reason I like to give out packets of Ningxia Red is that it’s such a simple way to show people how delicious it is! It’s a nutrient-packed supplement that oxygenates your cells but the most important part to me is ~ it tastes so good!!!

There are so many simple ways to share the gift of health without it being an overwhelming task. And if you look on Pinterest for simple ideas to jazz up a bottle of oil in order to gift it you will discover some very cute ideas. Cutting the fingers off of little gloves to put on the top of the oil bottles as a little hat is super adorbs.

However, you decide to share goodness this year do it with some fun and flair and show your friends how awesome it can be to make health a priority.

If you’d like to learn more about the essential oils I mentioned be sure and message our sister site The Drops of Joy for more education or to start your monthly wellness box from Young Living just click here!
