Keto Menu Plans

Ingredients: 

  • 1.25 cups of almond or paleo flour
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ cup of egg whites
  • 1 cup of pumpkin canned or fresh
  • 1 cup of applesauce, unsweetened
  • ½ cup of xylitol (or your preferred sweetener)
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, combine wet ingredients until all mixed.
  3. Add flour, baking powders, spices, and sweeteners, and blend.
  4. After everything is combined, pour into greased muffin cups.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into muffin comes out clean.
  6. Enjoy!
