Operation Slim Down
By Terri Bonin
It’s New Year’s Eve y’all!! Have you thought of any new year’s resolutions yet? The number one new year’s resolution every year is losing weight and getting into shape. Is that one of yours? 2020 is going to be special. It’s the start of a brand new decade and doesn’t it feel like anything can happen? It does for me.
It’s important to make sure that…
…you pick realistic goals.
If you want to lose 400lbs in a year then that’s not likely to happen. You can pretty steadily lose 1-2lbs per week so if you start tomorrow you could lose between 52-104lbs over the next 365 days. That’s pretty awesome! Most people’s goal weight can be achieved by losing that amount of weight so you could technically be at goal weight this time next year. That’s exciting, isn’t it? I don’t know about you but I have often set goals but failed to make an actual plan to achieve them. Do you know what that’s a recipe for? Disaster. When you fail to plan, you plan to fail. So what’s your plan to lose weight in 2020? Do you even have one?
If not, it’s time to figure one out…
Can I make a suggestion? I know I’ve said it before but I’m going to talk about it again. The Freedom Workshop is absolutely phenomenal. I can promise you that it’s not like anything you’ve ever tried before. And speaking of which, how many different diets have you tried before? There’s a reason they haven’t worked. You know they haven’t worked but do you know why? That’s what going through The Freedom Workshop will help you figure out. If you knew why you haven’t been able to stick to anything in the past and you discovered how to fix that, what would that do for you? If you could get to the bottom of the issues that have caused you to fail in the past would that be helpful to you? Then you need to jump in with both feet.
Let 2020 be the year that you finally get to goal weight and stay there.
