Sweet Potatoes

One of the most nourishing carbs is sweet potatoes, and they are jam-packed with nutrients! A great source of vitamins A and C. Manganese, which is a mineral to help produce collagen, as well as several energy-supporting B vitamins and minerals like potassium! They’re anti-inflammatory, high in fiber, and help support weight loss! So load up on these power-packed little gems and feed them to the whole family!

Ingredients:
- 4 raw sweet potatoes
- 1.5 cup water
Directions:

Rinse and scrub the sweet potatoes.
- Poke with a fork.

Add the water to the Instant Pot.

Place the steaming trivet inside, and lay the potatoes on top.

Place the lid on, and seal the pot.

Use manual mode to set on pressure cook (high) for 18 minutes.

Allow the device to depressurize “naturally. (about 15 minutes)

Carefully remove the lid, and serve.
