Keto Ground Beef Stroganoff

Oh happy day for the “One-Pot Wonder” this week, Keto Ground Beef Stroganoff, which is a total game changer! This recipe makes you realize eating healthy doesn’t mean sacrificing fabulous food! You can serve this over your favorite noodles, konjac noodles, or riced cauliflower! Enjoy to your hearts content!

- Ground Beef/Hamburger
- Dijon Mustard
- Beef Stock
- Sour Cream
- Salt and Pepper
- Start off by getting a pot piping hot in order to get a good sear on the quartered mushrooms.
- Add the ground beef and onions and sauté until the ground beef is cooked throughout.
- Add the Dijon mustard and beef stock and allow it to come to a boil. Once it boils, remove it from the heat.
- Stir in the sour cream.
- Garnish the stroganoff with some chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately over your favorite healthy option.
