Buffalo Chicken Cheesy Dip

The perfect appetizer for your next BBQ! Serve with celery sticks or your favorite healthy grain-free chips! Just be sure and pass it around or filling up on this yummy cheesy goodness will leave too many leftovers on the BBQ!

- 8 chicken thighs
- 1 small yellow onion
- 1/2 cup Frank’s Buffalo Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- Add onion, spices, and buffalo sauce to the bottom of a Crock-Pot (or Instant Pot). Stir well. Add chicken thighs, toss to coat. Replace lid and cook on high for 6 hours (25 minutes in the Instant Pot).
- At the end of the cooking time, remove lid and shred chicken.
- Stir in cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Top with additional cheddar cheese if desired.
