- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 frozen avocado
- 1 cup fresh kale
- 1/4 cup walnut halves
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cup milk of choice
- Add all ingredients to blender
- Blend until smooth
