Nutty Chicken Wraps

These wraps are incredible! So delicious and simple to make, your mouth will be watering as you impatiently wait for them to be ready.

Ingredients:
- 4 TB Bragg Liquid Aminos
- 2TB all natural peanut butter
- 1/2TB Gwen’s Brown sugar
- 1TB Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tsp. Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp. Frank’s Hot Sauce
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2TB Salted Butter
- 2lbs of chicken breast (cut into 1 inch pieces)
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 3/4 cup Fat free chicken broth (use full fat for keto)
- 1/4 cup bragg liquid aminos
- 1TB Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp. THM Gluccie or Xanthan Gum
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup unsalted cashews
- Romaine Lettuce
- Green onions for serving (optional)
Directions:
- In a small bowl put in the first 7 ingredients and stir together to make the hoisin sauce.
- Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add in the chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook through.
- Once cooked turn heat to low and add in the minced garlic.
- In another bowl stir together the chicken stock, 1/4 cup of liquid aminos, 1TB bragg apple cider vinegar, 3TB of the hoisin sauce and the tsp of gluccie or xanthan gum and stir well together ensuring no clumps.
- Add mixture to chicken and cook until the sauce is thickened.
- Stir in cashews.
- Taste sauce and add more hoisin in needed.
- Serve in lettuce boats and sprinkle with green onions if desired.
