“Naughty Mama Fondue”

Don’t be deterred by the name, this decadent treat might make you feel like your being a bit naughty on a diet, but since Trim Healthy Mama is NOT a diet but an extravagant lifestyle change you get to enjoy special treats without any guilt!

Naughty Mama Fondue
Directions:
1. Bring a kettle of water to a rolling boil (or boil some water in a saucepan).
2. In a blender add the following ingredients:
- 1 flat tsp. THM Pristine Whey Protein Powder (Canadians get it here)
- 1 Tbs. heaped Unsweetened cocoa powder (Canadians get it here)
- 2 very good pinches of THM Mineral sea salt (Canadians get it here)
- a dash of vanilla
- 5-6 tsp. THM Gentle Sweet (Canadians get it here)
- ½ tsp. of extra virgin coconut oil (Canadians get it here)
3. Pour boiling water into the blender up to the one cup mark & turn on to low.
4. Add:
- scant 3/4 tsp. Glucomannan powder (Canadians get it here) while blender is running then turn to high and blend for a minute and a bit.
5. For the right consistency start by drizzling in more boiling water until mixture resembles a hot fondue consistency.You might use up to half a cup more of the boiling adding water a little at a time.
6. Taste and re-flavor until your taste buds are doing the happy dance. You may need to add more sweetener or a little more sea salt or even more chocolate or vanilla.
7. Pour into a double walled mug for it to stay hot. Feel free to dip in your favorite berries and enjoy this special treat with your special loves!
