“My Salad is Greek to Me!”

Sometimes you just need to enjoy a quick and light lunch, and this weeks Trim Healthy Mama friendly greek salad is the perfect combo!

Ingredients & Directions:
- bed of greens, add any other favorite veggies
- Top with 2-3 oz of meat,
- Shake on some parmesan or feta cheese
- Drizzle generously with olive oil and Balsamic vinegar
- Add a squirt of Braggs or a sprinkle of sea salt (Canadians get it here)
- Shake on some pepper flakes
- olives (optional)
- diced avocado (optional)
