Ingredients for Crepe Batter:
- 2 Tbs of psyllium of whole husks or ground flax
- 1 cup egg whites.
Fill with your choice of fruit or for an extra special dessert try drizzling with skinny chocolate!

Add blackberries and sliced strawberries in some sweetener to sit in the fridge makes a perfect topping for the crepes the next morning.
You can also ad some sweetened Greek yogurt with plan approved sweetener and a touch of all fruit jelly to stuff the crepes.
