Rebecca…If it’s still not working…the only thing I can think of is… it might not work on a mobile phone?

    Does this make twelve servings?

    • laundrymoms says:

Caroline…the original recipe is for a pie pan so the number of mini cheesecakes will depend on the size of your “muffin” openings. πŸ™‚

Hey moms! I have almond flour problems. It makes me gag πŸ™ How about coconut flour? Can I sub or would I have to add more moisture?

    • laundrymoms says:

I would add a bit more moisture and let it sit about 10 minutes…just might have to play with it a bit…maybe do a little of both? πŸ™‚

Just wondering if you whipped the heavy cream until stiff first, before adding it to cream cheese mixture?
