A scrumptious “Melt in Your Mouth Mousse” just in time for a special Valentine’s Day treat for eating as a dessert or breakfast in bed! The whole family will love this smooth delicious goodness, plus it will keep you on track with eliminating the pounds on your weight loss journey!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
  • Trim Healthy Mama Sweetener to taste: Check Out the Conversion Chart! (Canadians get it here)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (Canadians get it here)
  • Optional: fat free spray on whipped cream
  • Optional: strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, or blueberries
  • Optional: Top with Skinny Chocolate warm or cold!
Directions:
  1. Put all ingredients, in order, in a blender.
  2. Blend and eat.
  3. For that special touch, spoon into your favorite special dish and top with a tad bit of THM sweetener on your favorite berries!
  4. Enjoy!
