Pearl offers a few suggestions here if you don’t have cauliflower 🙂
“If you don’t have cauliflower handy, this basic recipe works great with any other non-starchy veggie. I love it made with broccoli or yellow squash or zucchini. You can top it with some grated cheddar for S or keep it ultra-fat shedding and just use a little bit of Parmesan from the can to keep it in Fuel Pull mode.”
