What if I don’t use oils? Can lemon juice replace that? And if so, what would be the amount?

    • laundrymoms says:

I’ve only used it with oils so honestly your guess would be as good as mine! I would start with a TB and taste and adjust as needed.

These sound wonderful! Any chance I can sub more coconut oil for the butter? We have some dairy allergies here. Thanks!

  3. Emily K says:

    What is the serving size?

    • laundrymoms says:

Since this is an S cookie there is no technical serving size, however, I would stick to 2-3 so as not to overdo it.

      Hope that helps!

I don’t use oils, can I substitute lemon extract?

    • laundrymoms says:

Girl you don’t use oils yet?? Yes, you can sub extract but it’s not quite the same. Email us if you’d like a sample of Young Living oils. We’d be happy to send you some!

  5. I just made these yummy cookies and I used 2 TBS of lemon juice and 2 packets of the Just Lemon. I zested the lemon too. (as called for in the recipe). As they were baking the aroma of lemon really filled my whole house and they taste divine! I am so glad I found this recipe!
