Keto Superfood Smoothie

Don’t like chewing on all your greens? Enter the superfood smoothie! This is a great way to blend up all your needed veggies and gulp them down while not choking on the taste. This drink actually tastes good!

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Spring Water
- 4 Romaine Leaves
- 2 cups of Spinach (or other greens)
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 1/2 Avocado (can be frozen and then run under cold water to remove skin)
- Plain Stevia (2-3 squirts)
- Berry Stevia (2-3 squirts)
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well.
- Enjoy!
