Keep it Lean Green Smoothie

It’s time for a fresh start, and here’s an easy way to get your greens on! If eating 5-7 cups of greens in a salad seems a bit overwhelming grab your blender and let’s blend your salad and make a sweet treat that will make you feel like a superwoman!
Check Out the Recipe Below…
- 2 cups of Spring Water
- 4 Romaine Leaves
- 2 cups of Spinach (or other greens)
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 1/2 Avocado (can be frozen and then run under cold water to remove skin)
- Plain Stevia (2-3 squirts)
- Berry Stevia (2-3 squirts)
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well.
