Just Peachy Yogurt

This recipe is so simple you might wonder why we bothered to post it and the reason is exactly that: simplicity. Sometimes it’s 2:45 pm, you’re starving, dinner is too far away, and you’ve gotta eat something NOW! This takes about 2 minutes to prep to hang tight, deliciousness is on its way!

- 1/2-3/4 cup 0% Greek Yogurt
- 1 Medium Ripe Peach
- 1-2 tsp. THM Gentle Sweet
- Dice up the peach and put in a bowl.
- Pour the yogurt on top.
- Add the sweetener and stir it all together.
- Taste & adjust.
