It’s Not Over Til It’s Over
By Meggan Larson
It’s here. The last 90 days of the year is upon us. Right about now a lot of you are starting to freak out about the resolutions you aren’t even close to achieving. You’re feeling hopeless because there’s no way you can get to your goal weight by December 31st now. Some of you may even be thinking ~ what’s the point in trying? Let me ask you another question. What’s the harm in trying? You see, I’ve been where you are; more than once, unfortunately. I’ve come into October feeling depressed and unmotivated because I so dearly wanted to be further along in my weight loss than I was. One very important thing I needed to remember was…
That it’s not over until it’s over. The end of the year is 90 days away! (Give or take a few days). There are exactly twelve weeks until New Year’s Eve and if you start right now, you could easily lose between 12 and 36 pounds by then. 1 – 3 pounds per week is not unachievable you know. It’s actually really doable if you get serious. Let’s be honest for a minute. Would it feel better to go into 2019 20 pounds lighter or heavier? That’s a no-brainer. Don’t count out the rest of the year just because it’s October.
Don’t be like 90% of people who are giving up right about now and accepting the fact that they’ll just start next year. You don’t have to fall into that trap! 90 days is more than enough time to make a solid dent in your weight loss goal. If you have more to lose than 36 pounds, so what? Even if you hit your goal a little passed January that’s way better than not hitting it until December 2019! We believe in you so much that we’ve created 12 weeks of Trim Healthy Mama friendly meal plans to keep you on track for the rest of the year. Just click here to sign up for them. You can change them however you want but this will give you a good solid base for helping to inspire you from now until the end of the year. Don’t sell yourself short mama, you’ve got this!
