Happy New Year Cheesecake Mousse

This mousse is the perfect way to ring in the new year and impress your friends and family with your dessert’s deliciousness. Whip this up quickly and enjoy your night in style!

Ingredients:

  1. 4oz. Softened Cream Cheese
  2. 1/4 cup Erythritol powdered (divided)
  3. 1/4 cup warm water
  4. 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  5. 1/3 cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
  6. 3TB Raw Cacao Powder
  7. 1 drop of Young Living Peppermint Vitality Essential Oil

Directions:

  1. Put the cream cheese, 2TB of erythritol, and the cocoa powder into a blender.
  2. Pour the warm water and drop of peppermint vitality oil on top and blend together until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl beat the whipping cream, vanilla extract, and the rest of the sweetener until stiff peaks form. (Take out a couple of tablespoons to decorate the mousse afterwards).
  4. Fold the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream mixture (do not stir).
  5. Spoon into cute glasses and chill in the fridge for 30 – 45 minutes.
  6. Put a dollop of whipped cream on top before serving.
  7. Enjoy!

    How much Erythritol powder … 1/4 tsp or 1/4 c.

    Yum!!!!! Oh my sweet tooth,this is something I can’t resist. I couldn’t wait to make it this Sunday and for my kiddos to try it. We usually have fruits for dessert on weekdays, and Sunday is kinda our cheat day. Happy mom here. 🙂
