Oven Roasted Broccoli
- 1 head broccoli, cut in florets
- 2 tablespoons refined coconut oil
- THM Mineral Salt (Canadians get it here)
- fresh ground pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Toss broccoli florets with the coconut oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Roast in 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until slightly crisped and browned.
This will be a hit on your table tonight!
