    What are the red berries?

  2. laundrymoms says:

Hey Pat…The red berries are cranberries…But you can use any berry mix you prefer! 🙂

  3. Donna Brown says:

I’m not understanding the dish/recipe. Do you cook the berries and ingredients or just mix them? And then do you just serve over plain Greek Yogurt?

  4. laundrymoms says:

Hey Donna…You can actually do either/or …we serve them over the top of organic greek yogurt cold or warm after heating in a small stove top pan…mixed up with the ingredients above for the warm version!

    Hope this helps!
    Enjoy!

    So yummy! 🙂

  5. Karen says:

Delicious! Just to be clear: this is one serving? Or is it two? Or more?

  6. Julie says:

Hello! I’m wondering how this can be an FP for THM if there are 2 cups of berries. Wouldn’t it be an E? Just starting out here!!

    Thanks.

Hi Julie! Great question! There are 2 handfuls of berries in this recipe, not 2 cups. You’re right, 2 cups would definitely be an E but because 2 handfuls likely comes to less than a cup, it’s still safely in FP territory.

      Hope that helps!
