Fondue Fever

~ Trim Healthy Mama Friendly ~

Ring in the New Year in style with this delicious, gourmet, and on plan fondue! Start 2016 the right way with a slimming and celebratory dinner instead of the usual off plan carb/fat collision.

Ingredients:

  • Container of refined Coconut Oil
  • Veggies of choice cut into large pieces (I like broccoli, cauliflower, sweet peppers, & dill pickles)
  • Meat of choice cut into 1 inch x 1 inch cubes (I like beef, chicken, pork, kielbasa, & double smoked bacon)
  • Fondue Fuel
  • Fondue Pot

Directions:

  1. Heat the coconut oil (follow fondue pot directions) and fondue your food! Yum!
