Fluffy Whole Wheat Pancakes

This recipe is surprisingly easy to throw together (my favorite kind of recipe!) and is tasty to boot! High in protein, super healthy for you, and on plan. What could be better? Split this tasty breakfast with your family or save the leftovers for tomorrow. Either way, it’s delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup 0% Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of Whey Protein Powder
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1/2 cup of Sprouted Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp. of Baking Soda
  • Splash of Almond Milk
  • 1 cup of fruit (for topping)
  • On plan sweetener to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients (leave fruit aside).
  3. Mix together and let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Cook on a griddle or frying pan. Flip pancakes when golden in color.
  5. Top with sugar-free syrup (optional) and berries.
  6. Enjoy!
