Julie, it’s not exact but in general 2 heaping TBSP would b e around a third of a cup of pumpkin. that would be the only higher carb item.
      here’s what I found online.

I made this today and it was very good. I did not have glucomannon but it was nice anyway. I did find the spice to be a bit strong but I was using a homemade pumpkin pie spice mix so it may have been the fault of the recipe for that. Other wise this was very very good and I am not a huge fan of smoothie type drinks that are not chocolate 😉

Is there any harm in adding a Tbsp of coconut oil? Does it change it from a E to an S or anything?

Hi, is the Protein powder required? I’ve never enjoyed shakes with protein powder.

    Thanks

      Hi Tara,

It is basically the magic ingredient in this shake that makes it super fluffy. Have you tried the THM protein powder? I always hated the stuff until I tried theirs.

      Meggan 🙂
