Everybody’s Favorite Salad

~ Trim Healthy Mama & Keto Friendly ~

This salad is absolutely delicious and super slimming as well. It’s a deep S which means it’s the purest form of S foods there is. The version below is for a side salad but all it takes to make this salad a meal is to add in an appropriate amount of deep S protein (steak, chicken, tuna, salmon, etc). Bookmark this recipe because you’ll be coming back to it again and again.

  1. Chop up lettuce, spinach, and desired veggies and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add 1TB of raw apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp. of MCT oil, and coat liberally with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle heavily with salt and stir together.
  4. Taste and adjust as needed.
  5. Enjoy!

    Don’t have mtc oil what can I use for sub

      Hi Shelley!

      There’s no sub for MCT oil. You don’t need it for the taste of the salad but it has amazing health benefits.
