Everybody’s Favorite Salad

This salad is absolutely delicious and super slimming as well. The version below is for a side salad but pairs perfectly with your favorite protein like steak, chicken, tuna, and salmon. Bookmark this recipe because you’ll be coming back to it again and again.

- 1/2 Head of Romaine Lettuce
- 2oz. of Spinach
- 2 Dill Pickles (optional)
- 1/2 English Cucumber
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
- 1TB Bragg Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Very heavy sprinkle of Himalayan Sea Salt
- 1 tsp. of MCT Oil
- Chop up lettuce, spinach, and desired veggies and place in a large bowl.
- Add 1TB of raw apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp. of MCT oil, and coat liberally with olive oil.
- Sprinkle heavily with salt and stir together.
- Taste and adjust as needed.
