Everybody’s Favorite Salad
~ Trim Healthy Mama Friendly ~
This salad is absolutely delicious and super slimming as well. It’s a deep S which means it’s the purest form of S foods there is. The version below is for a side salad but all it takes to make this salad a meal is to add in an appropriate amount of deep S protein (steak, chicken, tuna, salmon, etc). Bookmark this recipe because you’ll be coming back to it again and again.

- 1 Head of Romaine Lettuce
- 4oz. of Spinach
- 3-4 Dill Pickles (optional)
- 1 English Cucumber
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1-2TB Bragg Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Very heavy sprinkle of THM Himalayan Sea Salt (Canadians get it here)
- 1 tsp. of THM MCT Oil (Canadians get it here)
- Chop up lettuce, spinach, and desired veggies and place in a large bowl.
- Add 1TB of raw apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp. of MCT oil, and coat liberally with olive oil.
- Sprinkle heavily with salt and stir together.
- Taste and adjust as needed.
