What is it? So many people assume AminoWise is just a supplement, but it’s so much more! Several different blends in AminoWise help you fight fatigue and enhance recovery during and after exercise.

Enhanced blood flow during exercise can lead to better oxygenation of muscles, faster removal of toxic metabolites, and potentially improve your workout capacity! Yes, that’s correct! This is a supplement that has made a huge difference in track and cross-country performance for my family.

AminoWise also contains a Recovery Blend. This blend contains wolfberry powder and antioxidant ingredients to support recovery after a hard workout. The polyphenols, zinc, and vitamin E work together to protect the muscles from fatigue and damage caused by exercise. Specifically, they work to reduce the release of lactic acid. Lactic acid builds up while you’re working out and causes soreness in your muscles. Reducing that means a less painful recovery.

Lastly, AminoWise helps with hydration by replenishing minerals lost during exercise. You can drink it during your workout but I prefer it immediately after.
